The journal maintains its published content, article files, metadata, and related publication records within the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform and the journal's server infrastructure.

Backup and Data Protection

Journal data and publication files are maintained through server and database backup procedures to reduce the risk of data loss and to support restoration in the event of technical disruption.

Preservation Infrastructure

HIPOTESA is currently preparing and evaluating its long-term digital preservation infrastructure as part of the journal's technical development and migration process.

Additional preservation services, including preservation networks supported by Open Journal Systems, may be implemented after technical verification and production deployment.

Continuity of Access

The editorial team is committed to maintaining access to published articles and their bibliographic metadata and to restoring access when technical interruptions occur.

Policy Review

This Archiving Policy may be reviewed and updated as the journal's preservation infrastructure develops and additional preservation services are implemented.
